200 g mushrooms
100 g ham or ham salami
100 g hard cheese
1 onion
1 pickled bell pepper

Recipe steps
Slice the mushrooms, sauté them in butter, season with salt, and let them cool.
Cut the onion into rings, pour hot water over it, and let it drain thoroughly.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the ham into small pieces. Slice the pepper into thin strips.
In a larger bowl, mix ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Then add the cooled mushrooms, onion, cheese, ham, and pepper.
Mix everything thoroughly and taste, then season with salt, pepper, and add a little lemon juice.
Let it rest in a cool place. Serve with bread.
