Ingredients (what you need)

4 camemberts
1 larger onion
chili pepper (or chili to taste)
herbs de Provence
grill spice
2 bay leaves
10 peppercorns
5 allspice berries
ground paprika
garlic
oil

Recipe steps

Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into rings and crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife.

Cut the Camemberts lengthwise. Sprinkle Provençal herbs on one half.

Salt the other half with grilling spice and spread crushed garlic on it, add the sliced onion, and cover with the other half of the cheese.

Sprinkle the stuffed cheeses with ground paprika and place them in a jar.

Add pepper, allspice, bay leaf, one chili pepper, the remaining onion, and pour everything over with oil.

Seal the jar tightly and let it rest in the refrigerator for a few days.
