Heart-shaped sausages with egg
    Peel the chicken sausages lengthwise, but not all the way through, so that we can bend them into a heart shape. Once bent, we pierce them with a toothpick to hold the shape.

We place the mold we made on a pan with melted butter, crack an egg into the center, and fry it. We can lightly pepper and salt it.
