Additional information about the recipe Crackling pancakes my grandmother's
My grandmother's crackling cakes are a delicious treat that I remember from my childhood. These cakes are made from crispy cracklings and fine dough that was baked on a pan. Grandma always served them warm, sprinkled with coarse salt, and each piece was filled with the rich flavor of homemade cooking. They are perfect as a side dish for soup or just as a snack. Even today, when I bake them, I feel the scent of home and memories of my grandmother's carefree days.
