Ingredients (what you need)

Stronger yeast dough (for bread, rolls)
150-160 ml (g) of water
tablespoon of oil
teaspoon of salt
teaspoon of sugar
70 g of finely ground whole grain rye flour
70 g of finely ground whole grain wheat flour
110 g of all-purpose flour
5-6 g of yeast

Additionally
4-6 firm tomatoes
eggplant
mozzarella
Gran Moravia cheese
basil
oil
salt

Recipe steps

Add sugar and yeast to the water, then mix in the other ingredients and knead the dough, which we will let rise afterwards.

Cut the eggplant into thin slices, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit to release water. Then dry the slices, fry them in a pan, and place them on a paper towel. Roll out the risen dough and place it in a greased mold.

At the bottom, place a thin layer of slices of meaty tomatoes, then add slices of mozzarella, followed by more tomatoes, then mozzarella, and eggplant. Always sprinkle the tomatoes with fresh torn basil.

Sprinkle grated Gran Moravia cheese on top of the pie and after a short proofing, bake it in a preheated oven.
