Chocolate pretzels

Small cocoa pretzels are a great treat with coffee or tea, or as a snack for guests. To prepare them, we only need a few ingredients that we usually have at home.
Ingredients (what you need)
250 g all-purpose flour
200 g granulated sugar
60 g fat (Hera)
2 medium-sized eggs
50 g cocoa powder
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of milk

Recipe steps
The dough can be made both in a food processor and by hand, as long as it is processed thoroughly. First, we whip the eggs with sugar and fat, then we add cocoa and vanilla sugar. Finally, we mix the flour with baking powder and add the milk.
We wrap the dough in plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator overnight.
We divide it into smaller pieces and roll out long strips of dough, which we then cut into approximately 12 cm pieces, from which we shape pretzels.
We place them on baking paper with enough space between them and brush them with beaten egg. We preheat the oven to 170 °C.
We bake for about 20 minutes. After cooling, we store them in a cool place to soften.
