Chicken breasts according to the number of diners

orange pepper (or other favorite spice)
oil
For the sauce
40 g dark chocolate
3 tbsp ketchup
1-2 tbsp harissa
1 tbsp honey
100 ml strong broth or cube stock
salt
Recipe steps
We season the meat with salt and generously sprinkle it with orange pepper.
We fry it on both sides in a pan and then place it in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
In the pan, we add ketchup, harissa, honey, and pour in the broth.
We mix and add pieces of chocolate.
We melt it all completely and season to taste with salt, or possibly harissa or ketchup.
The sauce should not have too thick a consistency.
