1 pinch black pepper - ground
100 g cheese - blue cheese
1 handful flour - all-purpose
2 l water
butter
4 pcs bread roll
1 cube vegetable bouillon
1 pinch salt
1/2 kg broccoli
20 g butter
Recipe steps
First, we will prepare the crispy treats for the soup. We cut the rolls into small pieces on a cutting board and sauté them in butter. And they are ready.
We take the broccoli, wash it, and cut it up. We place it in boiling water. We add a little salt. We cook it.
In the meantime, we make a roux in another container. We add butter and sprinkle in flour. We stir. Then we set it aside.
We blend the cooked broccoli with a blender until smooth. We chop the blue cheese on the cutting board and add it to the pot with the broccoli. We throw in the bouillon. Then we stir in the roux. We taste and season according to preference.
