We leave the zucchinis with the skin on and cut them into thin slices, approximately 2 mm thick. Then we mix the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped basil, dried garlic, and chili.

Combine breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, chopped basil, dried garlic, and chili flakes to taste. We will mix the breadcrumbs and parmesan in a 1:1 ratio.
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Dip the zucchini slices in the eggs and then coat them in the cheese mixture. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 230 °C for about 15 minutes, until crispy.
