Ingredients (what you need)
300 g beef tenderloin
2 tablespoons ketchup
a few drops of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon liquid chili
1 tablespoon oil
1 finely chopped onion
garlic (to taste)
1 egg yolk
salt
ground pepper
Recipe steps
Cut the meat finely with the tip of a knife or grind it.
Chop the onion into small pieces and crush or press the garlic.
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together using two forks.
Let it marinate in the fridge and spread it on toasted bread, which we can further season with garlic to taste.
