4 egg yolks
100 ml sunflower oil, can be other
1 tablespoon of full-fat mustard
salt
pepper
sugar to taste
some pickle brine or lemon juice to taste

Recipe steps

We combine everything.

We place it in a water bath and stir until it thickens.

Then we let it cool down. The water bath is important; otherwise, we would get scrambled eggs!
