Recipe steps

Squeeze out the excess water from the frozen spinach and chop it.

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the eggs, add the spinach, salt, oil, breadcrumbs, semolina, and pressed garlic.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly so that a thick mixture is formed, from which we shape dumplings using wet spoons and place them into boiling salted water.
