Spicy chicken meat

We wash the chicken meat and cut it into fries with a width of 0.5 cm, we do the same with the ham. In a pan, we heat the oil and sauté the chopped chicken meat in it.

100 g ham
5 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
2 tablespoons hot ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 larger onion

We wash the chicken meat and cut it into pieces of about 0.5 cm, doing the same with the ham.
In a pan, we heat the oil and sauté the chopped chicken meat, stirring continuously for five minutes. Then we add the ham, sprinkle with paprika, and let it caramelize. After that, we stir in ketchup, salt, and Worcester sauce, and continue cooking for about another five minutes.
Finally, we add finely chopped onion, pour in water, and simmer until the water completely evaporates. We serve it with mashed potatoes.
