1 kg of potatoes
1 head of broccoli
0.5 l of oat cream
salt
ground sweet paprika
hard cheese

Recipe steps

Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into pieces. Separate the broccoli into small florets and wash it as well. Add a pinch of salt and ground sweet paprika to the cream and mix everything well. Grate the hard cheese.

In a bowl, combine the pieces of potatoes and broccoli, then transfer them to a baking dish and pour the cream over them.

Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Bake until the potatoes and broccoli are soft, checking them approximately every 30 minutes.

Finally, add the grated cheese and mix thoroughly.

Let it bake for another 15 minutes.
