Plum cake
We will prepare a sourdough starter from a small amount of milk, a teaspoon of sugar, and crushed yeast. We let the sourdough rise. In a bowl, we pour in the flour, a pinch of salt, mayonnaise, sugar, rum, and other ingredients.

1/2 kg of semi-coarse flour
2 eggs

4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
100 g of mayonnaise
1 cube of yeast
2 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of rum
lemon zest

Recipe steps
We prepare the leaven by mixing a little milk, a teaspoon of sugar, and finely crushed yeast. We let it rise.
In a bowl, we mix flour, a pinch of salt, mayonnaise, sugar, rum, eggs, two tablespoons of butter, and the activated leaven. We knead the dough thoroughly and let it rise in a warm place.
Meanwhile, we pit the plums and prepare the crumble.
We pour the dough onto a greased baking tray or into another form.
We densely cover it with plums and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
We bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
