Nettle spinach

Spring brings a season of renewal, when we gather fresh herbs and enliven our dishes. This recipe includes all of this in one.
Ingredients (what you need)
non-woody young nettle tops (amount as needed)
2 whole eggs
1 large onion
3 cloves of garlic
salt
ground pepper
lard
bread crumbs
Recipe steps
We will break off young, unreinforced tops of nettles, approximately 5 cm from their ends.
We will prepare a larger quantity of salted water, as when boiling pasta, and once it starts to boil, we will add the nettles and stir them a few times.
We will thoroughly rinse the nettles and let them dry. Then we will chop them finely or grind them.
We will sauté chopped onion in a little lard and then add the ground nettles.
We will add crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.
We will add beaten eggs and thicken with breadcrumbs if necessary.
