2 tablespoons of coarse flour
350 g of baguettes
2.5 dl of milk
1 egg

Recipe steps
Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces, then sauté it in a third of the lard, after which we add diced bread rolls and fry everything together.
In the milk, whisk the eggs, add salt, pour it over the cooled fried bread, and let it rest briefly. Then mix in the sifted flour, grated bread, and ground pepper.
Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly, sauté them with diced bacon, let them cool, and then mix them into the dough, from which we form small round dumplings.
We cook them in salted water for about 10 minutes. Before serving, we cut the dumplings in half and drizzle them with melted lard. They can be served as a side dish to sauces or as a standalone meal.
