Baguettes or rolls
    This recipe is very simple and anyone can handle it.
Ingredients (what you need)
1 pc  egg  
0.25 dl  lukewarm milk  
600 g  all-purpose flour  
1 packet  yeast  
1 tsp  sugar  
2 pinches  salt  
1 dl  oil  
for decoration  
  poppy seeds  
  caraway seeds  
  cheese  
  coarse salt  
  sesame seeds  
for brushing  
 1 pc  egg
Recipe steps
Mix all the ingredients to create a soft dough, which we let rise for 30 minutes.
From the dough, we form small rounds to make either rolls or baguettes. We sprinkle with salt, caraway seeds, poppy seeds, or sesame according to taste and let rise for a short while. Then we score the baguettes with a sharp knife and place them on a baking sheet. We brush them with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
Fresh baguettes or rolls can be served as a side dish with meals or on their own with various toppings.
