Marinated camembert

Homemade marinated camembert. A delicacy, a treat that is always welcome.
Ingredients (what you need)
herbs (e.g. thyme or basil)
30 pieces whole pepper - mixed
5 boxes camembert
3 leaves bay leaf
sweet paprika - ground
10 cloves garlic
0.75 l oil
1 piece onion
15 pieces allspice
5 pieces chili pepper
salt
Recipe steps
We wash and dry the jar in which we will put the camemberts.
We peel the garlic and crush it. We sprinkle a little salt and mix it thoroughly. We set it aside.
On a wooden board, we chop the onion (into larger pieces) and the chili peppers. We cut the camemberts in half and lay them out on a tray. We take sweet paprika and nicely season the camemberts.
We spread the garlic mixture. We sprinkle pieces of onion on top. Finally, the chili peppers come on. We place both halves of the camembert together.
We pour a little oil into the jar and place two camemberts inside. Around them, we add a few chopped chili peppers and kitchen onion. We throw in some herbs and spices. And again, repeat the process.
We top up with oil and insert more camemberts. We continue with onion, chili peppers, and once again add herbs and spices. Everything must be covered in oil.
Before storing them in the fridge for at least 14 days (max. 6 weeks), we gently shake the jar. And then we shake it a little every day. Serve with bread. Enjoy your meal.
