4 large onions
3-4 tablespoons of oil
salt
pepper
cumin for sprinkling
about 6 slices of Gouda cheese
egg for glazing
400 g frozen puff pastry
baking paper or oil

Recipe steps

In oil, sauté sliced onion rings, slightly salt and pepper them, and then let them cool.

Roll out two sheets of puff pastry, sprinkle them with onion and cheese slices, and then roll them up.
