French baguette

We will prepare all the ingredients for the dough and then mix them together and knead the dough, which we will set aside to rest for about 15 minutes.
Ingredients (what you need)
800 g all-purpose flour
450 ml milk
1.5 tbsp honey
1.5 tsp salt
1/2 cube yeast
1.5 tsp sugar
Recipe steps
We will divide the dough into 4 equal parts, from which we will roll out longer baguettes. We place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. We lightly score the tops and let them rise for 45 minutes. Meanwhile, we preheat the oven to 180°C and place a container of water on the bottom.
Once the baguettes have risen, we put them in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until they are golden.
After removing the baguettes, we brush them with lukewarm water and let them cool.
