150 g whole grain finely ground flour
150 g spelt flour
80 ml vegetable oil
300 g finely grated carrot
90 ml honey
1-2 eggs
50 g nuts
50 g dried fruit (raisins, goji berries, cranberries, etc.)
1 baking powder (phosphate-free)
150 g white yogurt
1 lemon
1 pinch of salt
Recipe steps
Thoroughly wash the carrot and grate it on a fine grater, then drizzle it with lemon juice.
In a bowl, combine the flour with a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Stir in the other ingredients and mix everything well.
Grease the lamb-shaped mold with oil, pour in the batter, and bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 °C.
