Corn pudding

Three quarters of a liter of milk is heated to boiling together with cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon zest. In a separate quantity of milk, we whisk the sugar, flour, and egg yolks, which are then mixed into the boiling mixture.

Recipe steps
Heat three-quarters of a liter of milk to boiling together with cinnamon, vanilla, and lemon zest.
Dissolve sugar, flour, and egg yolks in the original milk and mix with the boiling milk.
Stir until the cream thickens.
Then remove from heat and mix in the butter.
Pour the entire mixture into a mold that we have previously greased with butter, and let it cool to set.
