80 g plain flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 tablespoons milk
20 g melted butter

We mix eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, pepper, baking powder, and flour to create a thicker batter, to which we then add corn (without the brine).
In hot oil, we fry the pancakes made from the batter on both sides until golden.
We can add regular or spring onion to the batter.
