We whisk the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, pepper, baking powder, and flour to obtain a thicker batter, to which we add the corn without liquid.

350 g canned corn without liquid
80 g plain flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
5 tablespoons milk
20 g melted butter
salt
pepper

Recipe steps

We mix eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, pepper, baking powder, and flour to create a thicker batter, to which we then add corn (without the brine).

In hot oil, we fry the pancakes made from the batter on both sides until golden.

We can add regular or spring onion to the batter.
