Chocolate Bundt Cake

Mix the soft fat with the sugar until a frothy mixture is formed, then add the rum and whisk for a little longer. Then, add the whole eggs one at a time, whisking them well each time.
Ingredients (what you need)
180 g of butter (or other fat)
200 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of rum
5 eggs
250 g of coarse flour
50 g of cornstarch
a pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
100 g of cooking chocolate (grated)
50 ml of milk (warm)
a bit of fat (for greasing the pan)
coarse flour (for dusting)
2 tablespoons of apricot jam
150 g of chocolate glaze
(After baking the cake and letting it cool slightly, we can brush it with 2 tablespoons of warmed apricot jam and then pour 150 g of chocolate glaze over it.)
Recipe steps
We mix the softened butter with sugar until creamy, then add rum and whisk for a while longer.
Next, we gradually add whole eggs and mix each thoroughly. Then we add flour mixed with cornstarch, a pinch of salt, chocolate, baking powder, and warm milk as needed to the mixture.
We pour the batter into the prepared pan, which we previously greased and dusted, then place it in the preheated oven and bake slowly for about 45 minutes.
We can drizzle the cake with chocolate glaze at the end, but it is not necessary.
