Ingredients (what you need)

1000 g chicken livers
200 ml heavy cream
250 g butter
1 medium onion
3 cloves of garlic (to taste)
1 sprig of fresh thyme
salt
ground pepper
pâté spice
olive oil

Recipe steps

Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces.

In oil, sauté the onion and crushed garlic, then add the cleaned liver, thyme, and 100 ml of cream.

Cook until the liver is done and all the liquid has evaporated.

Season with salt, pepper, and possibly other spices, then mix with butter at room temperature and the remaining cream, and blend everything.

Prepare the mixture in a loaf pan and refrigerate, ideally overnight. Serve with cranberries.
