Ingredients (what you need)
400 g chickpeas in brine (1 can)
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon tahini
juice of 1/2 lemon
a few drops of olive oil
As needed
cold water
ground cumin
salt
ground sweet paprika
Recipe steps
Drain the chickpeas and mix them with tahini, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, and oil. Then blend everything into a smooth cream.
Add salt and, if necessary, dilute with cold water to reach the desired consistency.
Finally, sprinkle the dish with crushed sweet paprika. Serve with toasted pita or Lebanese bread.
