Ingredients (what you need)
300 g cauliflower
2 tablespoons plain flour
5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 spring onions
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
2 eggs
vegetable oil
salt
ground pepper
95 g cheese
Recipe steps
Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil in salted water for about 8 minutes until they soften, then drain. Mash the florets with a fork. If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can use a food processor. Season lightly with pepper.
Add the eggs, chopped green onions, and grated cheese to the mixture. Season with Cajun spice and mix thoroughly. If needed, you can add a little more salt.
Add the flour, mixing until a cohesive mass is formed, from which we shape patties. Then coat them in breadcrumbs and fry in a thick layer of oil for about 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with mashed potatoes, a piece of butter, and sprinkled with chopped green onions.
