Cake cream
This great cream is made by mixing flour, milk, sugar, and egg yolks. Once it cools, stir in the butter and optionally add cinnamon to enhance the flavor.
Ingredients (what you need)
3/4 l of milk
150 g of sugar
3 egg yolks
8 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
250 g of butter
ground cinnamon
Recipe steps
In a pot, heat 3/4 liter of milk with sugar. Pour a little milk into a bowl, add the egg yolks and all-purpose flour, and mix everything thoroughly. Once the milk in the pot is hot (but not boiling), carefully pour in the flour mixture and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.
After thickening, let it simmer for about two more minutes, then remove from heat. Let it cool for a while.
Pour the prepared mixture into a blender and whip it until it cools down. Once the cream is lukewarm, add the butter cut into cubes (the whole stick or 3/4) and whip until the butter is completely incorporated.
To reduce the buttery taste, we can mix in ground cinnamon while whipping. The cream should be smooth.
