1 kg of potatoes
200 g of ham
200 g of Wallachian pork neck
200 g of Edam cheese (sliced)
leek
salt
pepper
whipping cream

Recipe steps

Peel the potatoes and slice them. In a baking dish, place several slices of potatoes, and season with salt and pepper.

Gradually layer the ham, sliced leek, pork neck, and Edam cheese on top, creating three layers.

Pour whipped cream over it.

Place it in the oven that we have preheated and bake for about 45 minutes, or until the cheese on top is golden and crispy.
