1 apple
1 tbsp butter
150 ml milk
1 egg
100 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp honey
1 tsp butter
1 tsp rum
a handful of nuts
Recipe steps
We cut the apple without the core, including the skin, into small pieces and sauté them in butter for about 10 minutes. After slightly cooling, we transfer them to a bowl, add milk, eggs, and the other dry ingredients. We blend everything with an immersion blender.
In a buttered pan, we fry the pancakes on both sides. In a small pot, we heat honey with a teaspoon of butter and rum. We pour this mixture over the pancakes on the plate and sprinkle with nuts. We can also add sour cream.
