Ingredients (what you need)
250 g tagliatelle
1 tablespoon olive oil
0.5 young zucchini
2 medium oval tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1 package of mozzarella
8-10 olives
salt to taste
0.5 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
freshly ground pepper
fresh basil
Recipe steps
In a larger amount of salted water, we cook the pasta until al dente, according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, we cut the washed zucchini into rounds and then into quarters. The tomatoes, seeded, are sliced into strips and the garlic is sliced thinly. We sauté everything together in a deep pan with olive oil.
We add herbes de Provence, pepper, salt, and olives cut in half to the mixture. Finally, we stir in the mozzarella and the drained cooked pasta and mix gently.
We serve in a deep plate with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
