Recipe steps
Fry the slices of bread in oil like regular toasts.
While still warm, spread them with crushed garlic.
Chop the onion into small pieces and pour over it the salted and peppered egg.
Prepare an egg mixture with a semi-solid consistency, which we spread on the toasts, sprinkle with grated cheese, and garnish with a piece of ham.
Finally, decorate everything with chopped vegetables.
