Stall langošes

Simple and inexpensive langoš, just as we all know them from the stalls.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 g flour
4 dl milk
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 package yeast (42g)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe steps
Warm milk is mixed with sugar, crumbled yeast is added, and a sponge is made. The flour is salted, the sponge is added, and dough is kneaded.
The finished dough is left to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then the dough is rolled out into a 2 cm thick slab, and circles are cut out with a larger glass. These are left to rise for another 10 minutes.
In a pan, a generous layer of oil is heated. The risen circles are stretched out and fried in the oil until golden brown.
The finished langoše are placed on absorbent paper and topped with ingredients to taste - cheese, ham, garlic, ketchup, tartar sauce, or jam.
