Ingredients (what you need)
1 package of rice
250 g of shrimp
250 g of frozen spinach or fresh
4 cloves of garlic
a pinch of pepper
a pinch of chili
basil for garnish
100 g of lentils
Recipe steps
We add the rice to boiling salted water and cook it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Meanwhile, we chop the garlic into small pieces. About 5 minutes before the rice is done, we add the garlic, spinach, and shrimp (and optionally lentils) to the pan.
Finally, we add the cooked rice to the heated pan and mix everything well. We sprinkle with a pinch of pepper and chili and stir for another minute in the pan. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
