Ingredients (what you need)
1 kg chicken wings
3 dl beer
1 onion
a few cloves of garlic - unpeeled
50 g butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons sweet ground paprika
1 teaspoon hot ground paprika
Recipe steps
Wash and dry the chicken wings.
In a bowl, mix the flour with both types of paprika, then coat the wings in this mixture on all sides and place them closely together in a baking dish. Add quartered onions and garlic cloves between the wings, and put slices of butter on top.
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and when the butter melts, pour beer over the wings. We had Pardál beer, which I bought for my husband because it’s said to be popular among beer drinkers. Unfortunately, he didn’t find it appealing, so it ended up in the baking dish.
Bake until golden brown, occasionally basting with the fats.
