Ingredients (what you need)
4 salmon fillets
3 root parsley
1/2 leek
200 ml whipping cream
1/2 bunch of fresh parsley
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
chicken broth
milk
lemon juice
colored pepper
salt
Recipe steps
Season the salmon with salt and drizzle with lemon juice.
Clean the parsley and chop it into small cubes, slice the leek into half-moons.
In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the vegetables until golden brown, which should take about 10 minutes.
Add the flour, sauté it, and gradually pour in the warm broth and milk until the desired consistency of the sauce is reached.
Season with salt and cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring or whisking occasionally. Then let it cool slightly and blend until smooth.
Add the cream, chopped green parsley, and heat everything through. Finally, season with lemon juice and freshly ground colored pepper, and salt if necessary.
While the sauce is cooking, preheat the oven to 220°C.
