Fish patties

If we plan to prepare fish patties but do not have enough fish meat available, we can replace part of it with minced meat, with the best option being to use the same ratio of pork and beef.

250 g ground meat (a mix of pork and beef)
1 carp
As needed
salt
ground pepper
garlic
marjoram
egg
breadcrumbs
oil for frying
Recipe steps
First, we fillet the carp and then grind it together with the skin and smaller bones using a coarse grinder.
We add ground meat, garlic, marjoram, salt, egg, pepper, and some breadcrumbs for thickening, to taste.
We prepare thin patties and fry them until golden in hot oil.
