Roasted Carrot Soup
Clean the carrots, garlic, and onion. Halve the carrots and garlic and spread them on a baking sheet. Cut the onion in half, then into quarters, and also place them on the baking sheet.

500 ml of broth or water

Clean the carrots, garlic, and onion. Cut the carrots and garlic in half and spread them on a baking tray. Cut the onion in half and then quarter these halves, then place them on the tray.
I placed thin slices of butter on the vegetables and baked them at 200°C for 25 minutes. After baking, I moved them to a pot, covered them with hot broth, and blended them with an immersion blender. Before serving, I added cream as a garnish on the plate.
