Ingredients (what you need)

2 teaspoons ground sweet paprika
2 teaspoons chili
2 dl oil to taste

Recipe steps

In a pot, heat the oil and add the chili powder, letting it sizzle. We need to be careful not to let it boil, or the oil will become bitter. Once the oil has sizzled, remove it from the heat and stir in the red paprika.

Let the oil sit for about 10 minutes and then strain it through the finest sieve we can find at home. Repeat this process until the oil is clear.
