2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 piece egg
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 package baking powder

Recipe steps
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, water, and flour mixed with baking powder. Mix until a thinner batter is formed.
From the cottage cheeses, eggs, sugars, and milk, we make the filling. The filling should have a thinner consistency.
On a greased and floured baking tray, place about 2/3 of the batter. Pour the cottage cheese filling over the batter and top it with the remaining batter. If you like fruit, you can add it on top of the cottage cheese.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
