350 g Hokkaido pumpkin
350 g potatoes
1 sprig of fresh marjoram
4 cloves of garlic
ground caraway
salt
1 egg
all-purpose flour
Recipe steps
We cut the pumpkin in half, remove the seeds, peel it with a potato peeler, and grate it on a coarse grater.
We peel the potatoes and grate them finely.
We add one egg to the mixture and grate or mash the garlic on a fine grater.
We add a pinch of salt, ground cumin, and marjoram.
We gradually add all-purpose flour until we reach the desired consistency.
In a pan, we heat oil and prepare a small potato pancake to check the taste and consistency. We taste it, and if needed, we adjust the seasoning and thicken it.
