450 g of pork liver
1 medium onion
150 g of bacon
3 cloves of garlic
marjoram
sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of flour
salt
pepper

Recipe steps

Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it in a pot.

Add finely chopped onion and pieces of liver.

Sauté everything briefly in the pan, add sweet paprika, sauté for a while longer, and then immediately pour in water.

Cover with a lid and let it steam.

While steaming, stir in finely chopped garlic.

After continuously stirring, add flour mixed with a little water, season with salt, and adjust the taste to your preference, and let it cook for about 15 minutes on low heat.

Finally, stir in marjoram.
