130 ml lukewarm water
20 g fresh yeast
2 teaspoons sugar

Recipe steps
In slightly warm water, add sugar, a tablespoon of oil, crumble the yeast, and let the leaven rise.
Mix the flour with salt, add the ingredients, and knead the dough, which is then left to rest and rise for an hour.
Knead the risen dough and roll it out into a thin rectangle, which is then cut in half.
