Cut the banana lengthwise into two halves. Cut the other fruit into eighths, slices, or halves.
In a pan, melt approximately 100 grams of granulated sugar over low heat. Once the sugar begins to caramelize, add a tablespoon of butter and a teaspoon of vanilla or cinnamon sugar, stir everything thoroughly, and then add the prepared fruit.
