Ingredients (what you need)
500 ml lukewarm milk
1 tablespoon (heaped) powdered sugar
1-2 egg yolks
1 pinch of salt
10 g yeast
250 g all-purpose flour
fat for greasing the frying pan
For coating
powdered sugar
ground cinnamon
Recipe steps
Dissolve the yeast in a deep bowl with sugar, add three tablespoons of milk, two tablespoons of flour, and create a thin batter. Cover the bowl and let the batter rise.
Into the risen batter, mix in the egg yolks, salt, and gradually add a tablespoon or two of flour and a tablespoon of milk until all the ingredients are used up. Mix the dough thoroughly, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place.
In a frying pan or a smaller skillet, melt the fat and using a ladle, pour in the risen dough, which is then cooked on both sides until golden. After baking, while still warm, coat the pancakes in powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
