100 g all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
Meat mixture
300 g chicken meat
250 g fresh mushrooms
1 onion
1 leek
1/2 cup sour cream

300 g grated Eidam cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe steps
We will prepare pancakes and then let them cool down.
In oil, we sauté chopped onion and add meat. We season it with spices.
We blanch the leek and chopped mushrooms in a colander, which we then add to the meat. We cook until the water from the ingredients evaporates, and then we add cream. We cook briefly and let it cool slightly.
We fill the pancakes with the filling, roll them up, and place them in a baking dish. Then we put them in an oven preheated to 180°C.
We mix grated cheese with the remaining cream and pour the mixture over the pancakes. We bake until the cheese turns golden. Before serving, we garnish the plate with vegetables.
