Mix the eggs with the cream, salt, pepper, and half of the grated cheese. Pour this mixture over the sautéed mushrooms and steam covered until the eggs are partially set.
In the pan, arrange the tomato and pepper rings, adding the remaining cheese. Preheat the grill and bake everything in the pan until the eggs are fully set and have a golden color. Serve immediately.
