Ingredients (what you need)
Torn and stemmed small fruits (can also be raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
For 1 liter of water
500 g of sugar
Recipe steps
Remove dirt and stems from the small fruit and wash thoroughly under cold water. Then place them in clean, dry jars.
Meanwhile, prepare a sweet syrup: dissolve 500 grams of sugar in 1 liter of water and bring to a boil.
Fill the jars with the sweet syrup, cover with lids, and sterilize, ideally in a convection oven.
I filled jars of baby food and canned them in a convection oven for 8 minutes with hot air on.
After removing the jars, turn them upside down and let them sit until the next day.
