Lentils in sour sauce

If you want to eat healthy and cheaply, try our traditional Czech recipe for lentils.
Ingredients (what you need)
500 g lentils
1 - 2 pcs onion
50 g frying fat
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
to taste salt
vinegar
ground black pepper
Recipe steps
Soak the lentils in cold water for at least an hour, then cook them until soft. After cooking, drain any excess water if necessary.
Peel and chop the onion and sauté it until golden. Dust everything with flour and pour in a little water. Add vinegar to the mixture to taste. Let everything simmer and mix it into the cooked lentils. You can season the lentils with salt and possibly pepper to taste.
Serve the lentils with a boiled sausage, a fried egg, and a pickled cucumber.
